Terms & Conditions — Kathmandu Baker Invoice Policy
- This invoice is issued by Kathmandu Baker & Artisanal Bakery Co., a registered baking enterprise operating in Nepal Kathmandu under the Companies Act, 2063 (2006) of Nepal.
- All baked goods listed in this invoice are prepared fresh by our in-house Baker team on the morning of delivery. Products must be consumed within 24 hours of delivery to maintain optimal quality and texture.
- The Baker reserves the right to substitute any ingredient sourced from local Nepal Kathmandu markets if the original item is unavailable due to seasonal variation or supply disruption. Substitutions will be of equal or greater quality and value.
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Nepal's commercial lending regulations.
- Custom orders, including the celebration cake specified in Item No. 04, require a minimum of 72 hours' advance notice. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery will be subject to a 50% charge of the custom order value.
- All prices are quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and are inclusive of packaging. This invoice does not include any additional service charges unless explicitly stated in the line items above.
- The on-site Baker consultation and training session (Item No. 07) is a one-time service. Any subsequent training or follow-up sessions will be billed separately at the prevailing Kathmandu Baker rate card.
- Disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved through the competent courts of Kathmandu, Nepal. Both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before initiating any legal proceedings.
- This invoice is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to revision based on raw material costs in the Nepal Kathmandu market.
