Delivery Instructions: All baked goods will be delivered in temperature-controlled packaging between 6:00 AM and 7:30 AM on 18 June 2025. Please ensure a loading bay is available at 28 Lambton Quay. The baker's team will require approximately 45 minutes for full setup of display stands and product arrangement.
Special Note: The custom branded biscuits (Item 5) require a minimum 72-hour lead time for logo imprinting. This order was confirmed on 10 June 2025, meeting the required timeframe. All allergen information sheets will be included with each product batch for the catering team's reference.
Terms & Conditions
- This invoice is issued by Wellington Artisan Baker Ltd, a registered company in New Zealand Wellington, and is governed by the laws of New Zealand.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments will incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as permitted under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
- All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required by the Inland Revenue Department of New Zealand.
- Orders for custom or branded baked goods are non-refundable once production has commenced. Cancellations must be received in writing at least five (5) business days prior to the scheduled delivery date.
- Wellington Artisan Baker warrants that all products are prepared in a food-safety-compliant facility registered with the Wellington Regional Council. All allergen declarations comply with Food Act 2014 (New Zealand).
- The on-site baker presentation (Item 7) is subject to venue access permissions. The client is responsible for providing adequate power supply, workspace, and insurance coverage for the demonstration area.
- Any disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved through the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand, with jurisdiction in the Wellington region.
- This invoice constitutes a binding agreement between Wellington Artisan Baker Ltd and Harbourview Catering Co. Ltd upon acceptance of the order reference number.
