Invoice Notes
This Invoice is issued by Kampala Artisan Baker, a registered bakery and confectionery business operating in Kampala, Uganda. All bakery products listed above were prepared using locally sourced ingredients from Uganda, including Ugandan wheat flour, Matooke bananas, Cavendish bananas, and locally produced butter. The Baker ensures that all items meet the Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) food safety and quality requirements.
Please note that all baked goods are produced fresh on the morning of delivery to guarantee maximum freshness. The Baker's production facility in Kampala operates under a valid Food and Drug Authority (FDA) Uganda license. This Invoice covers one delivery cycle. Recurring weekly orders may be arranged by contacting the Baker's office directly.
Payment is to be made via bank transfer to Kampala Artisan Baker's account at Stanbic Bank Uganda, Account No: 0045-8872-3311, or via Mobile Money (MTN/Airtel) to +256 772 345 678. Please reference Invoice No. KAB-2025-00487 on all payments.
Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice is valid for payment within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as per Uganda commercial law.
- All bakery products are non-returnable once delivered due to their perishable nature. Any quality disputes must be raised within 24 hours of delivery to the Baker's office in Kampala.
- The Baker reserves the right to substitute any ingredient if the original source is temporarily unavailable, provided the substitute is of equal or superior quality and is disclosed in writing prior to production.
- This Invoice does not constitute a contract for future supply. Each delivery cycle requires a separate written order and corresponding Invoice from Kampala Artisan Baker.
- All prices are quoted in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and are inclusive of packaging. VAT is charged at the prevailing rate of 18% as determined by the Uganda Revenue Authority.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through negotiation, and failing that, through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Kampala, Uganda.
- The Baker's liability under this Invoice is limited to the total value of the goods supplied. The Baker shall not be liable for consequential or indirect losses.
