Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., on or before 30 June 2025. Payment shall be made in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) via bank transfer to the account below. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under the Tanzania Public Procurement Act, 2011.

This Invoice certifies that all biological fieldwork, laboratory analysis, and reporting services were personally supervised and executed by the undersigned Biologist, Dr. Amina Mwakalinga, Ph.D., in full compliance with the Tanzania Environmental Management Act, 2020 (Cap. 321) and the guidelines issued by TANEMC.
All specimens collected during this engagement have been properly catalogued and deposited with the National Herbarium, Tanzania Dar es Salaam, in accordance with CITES regulations and the Tanzania Wildlife Research Institute (TAWIRI) protocols. No endangered or protected species were collected without the requisite permits.
The Biologist warrants that all data, analyses, and recommendations contained in the final report are accurate, original, and free from intellectual property infringement. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete settlement for all services rendered under Contract No. TANEMC/BIOL/2025/034.
