Invoice Notes & Payment Details
Payment Method: Bank transfer to Ababa Master Carpenter Co., Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Branch: Bole, Account No: 1000-4587-2231-99, SWIFT: CBEET2X.
Payment Terms: 50% advance payment (200,205.00 ETB) was received upon signing the carpenter work contract on 01 June 2025. The remaining balance of 200,205.00 ETB is due within 14 calendar days from the date of this Invoice, i.e., by 30 June 2025.
Warranty: Ababa Master Carpenter Co. provides a 24-month workmanship warranty on all carpenter-crafted items listed in this Invoice. This warranty covers structural defects, joint failures, and finish peeling under normal residential use in the Ethiopia Addis Ababa climate conditions.
Reference: This Invoice corresponds to Work Order WO-2025-112 and the signed Carpenter Service Agreement dated 01 June 2025 between the parties.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Ethiopian Revenue and Customs Authority (ERCA) regulations governing commercial invoicing in Ethiopia Addis Ababa. All amounts are stated in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) unless otherwise specified.
2. Late payments on this Invoice shall attract a penalty of 2% per month calculated on the outstanding balance, in compliance with the Ethiopian Commercial Code.
3. All carpenter work described in this Invoice has been completed and inspected at the client's premises in 4th Kirkos, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The client has signed the completion certificate on 12 June 2025.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Addis Ababa City Small Claims Court or through mutual arbitration as stipulated in the original Carpenter Service Agreement.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must request a re-issued Invoice from Ababa Master Carpenter Co.
6. The Carpenter team reserves the right to make minor aesthetic adjustments to wood grain patterns and natural color variations, as these are inherent characteristics of solid wood materials sourced in Ethiopia.
