Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by Al-Nakheel Carpenter & Woodworks, a registered Carpenter firm operating in Kuwait Kuwait City, for the professional carpentry and woodwork services described above. Payment of the full Invoice amount of KWD 15,387.840 is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date of 14 June 2025, no later than 28 June 2025.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: National Bank of Kuwait, Account Name: Al-Nakheel Carpenter & Woodworks, Account No: 0045-6789-1234-5678, SWIFT: NBKOKWKA. A 5% early-payment discount has been applied as noted in this Invoice. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Kuwaiti commercial law.
All Carpenter workmanship is guaranteed for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final acceptance. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, water damage, or unauthorized modifications. The Carpenter contractor shall respond to any warranty claim within five (5) business days.
Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice covers all Carpenter services, materials, labor, and delivery for the residential villa project located in Kuwait Kuwait City. No additional charges shall apply unless a written change order is signed by both parties.
2. The Carpenter team will commence on-site work on 16 June 2025 and is expected to complete all installations by 12 July 2025, subject to client availability and site readiness.
3. All wood materials used in this project are FSC-certified and comply with Kuwait Kuwait City municipal building regulations and fire-safety standards as mandated by the Public Works Authority (KNAUP).
4. The client is requested to ensure the site in Kuwait Kuwait City is accessible, with adequate parking for the Carpenter delivery vehicles, and that all electrical and plumbing rough-ins are complete before the Carpenter installation phase begins.
5. This Invoice is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to material cost fluctuations in the Kuwait market.
6. For any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Carpenter services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through amicable negotiation. Should resolution not be reached, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Kuwait Kuwait City under the jurisdiction of Kuwaiti law.
