Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice is payable within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., by 30 June 2025. Payment shall be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bank transfer to the account below. A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date as per the service agreement signed in Bangladesh Dhaka.

Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice covers all professional Chef services rendered by Chef Tanvir Ahmed at The Grand Meridian Hotel & Spa, located in the Gulshan-2 area of Dhaka, Bangladesh, during the service period specified above.
2. All culinary work, menu designs, recipe documents, and training materials produced under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the hiring establishment in Bangladesh Dhaka, subject to the terms of the master service agreement dated 01 April 2025.
3. The Chef reserves the right to modify daily menu items based on seasonal ingredient availability at local Dhaka markets (e.g., New Market, Chawkbazar) without prior written notice, provided the caloric and cost parameters remain within the agreed budget.
4. Any additional events, private dining requests, or extended hours beyond the scope defined in this Invoice will be billed separately at the standard Chef consultation rate of BDT 5,000 per hour.
5. This Invoice is issued in compliance with the Bangladesh National Board of Revenue (NBR) regulations and the Income Tax Ordinance 1984. A duplicate copy may be requested by contacting the billing department in writing.
6. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in accordance with the Arbitration Act 2001 of Bangladesh.
