Invoice Notes & Chemist Declarations
This Invoice is issued by Pharmacie du Chemist, a licensed pharmacy operating under the supervision of the Direction de la Santé et de la Population of Algeria Algiers. All pharmaceutical products listed herein have been dispensed in full compliance with Algerian pharmaceutical regulations (Law 09-02 of 2009 and its implementing decrees).
The Chemist confirms that all prescription medications referenced in this Invoice were dispensed against valid prescriptions issued by registered medical practitioners in Algeria Algiers. Cold-chain products (Item 03) were transported under monitored temperature conditions between 2°C and 8°C throughout the delivery route within the Algeria Algiers urban perimeter.
Payment for this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Algerian commercial law. Payment may be made via bank transfer to the IBAN listed above, or by certified cheque payable to Pharmacie du Chemist, Algeria Algiers.

Terms, Conditions & Legal References
1. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Algeria Algiers.
2. The Chemist warrants that all pharmaceutical products supplied are genuine, within their expiry dates, and sourced from authorized distributors registered with the Algerian Agency for Medicines and Health Products (ANSMED).
3. Returns of pharmaceutical products are only accepted within 48 hours of delivery, provided the products are unopened, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original Invoice. The Chemist reserves the right to refuse returns of compounded or custom-prepared preparations.
4. The Chemist shall not be held liable for adverse reactions to medications dispensed in accordance with valid prescriptions. The client acknowledges that all medication usage is at their own discretion following professional medical advice.
5. This Invoice constitutes the complete and final agreement between the Chemist (Pharmacie du Chemist, Algeria Algiers) and the client regarding the goods and services described herein. No verbal modifications to this Invoice shall be binding.
6. The Chemist is registered with the National Order of Pharmacists of Algeria (Ordre National des Pharmaciens d'Algérie) and holds a valid operating license for the dispensing of pharmaceutical products in the wilaya of Algeria Algiers.
