Invoice Notes & Chemist Service Details
This Invoice is issued by Beijing Chemist Laboratories Co., Ltd., a licensed pharmaceutical and chemical services provider registered and operating in China Beijing. All Chemist services rendered under this Invoice have been performed in strict accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards mandated by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) of the People's Republic of China.
The Chemist professionals assigned to this engagement hold valid credentials issued by the China Beijing Municipal Health Commission and the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association. All laboratory analyses referenced in this Invoice were conducted at our ISO 17025-accredited facility located in Haidian District, China Beijing.
Payment for this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date. Remittance should be made via bank transfer to our designated account at Bank of China, Beijing Zhongguancun Branch. Please reference Invoice number BJ-CHM-2025-04872 in all correspondence and payment instructions.
Any disputes regarding the services or charges listed on this Invoice must be submitted in writing to our billing department within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Failure to remit payment by the stated due date will result in a late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month, as stipulated in our master service agreement.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Chemist services and goods supplied by Beijing Chemist Laboratories Co., Ltd. in China Beijing. The terms herein are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
2. All intellectual property generated during the Chemist engagement described in this Invoice shall remain the property of the client, unless otherwise specified in the executed Statement of Work (SOW No. SOW-2025-0091).
3. Beijing Chemist Laboratories reserves the right to suspend ongoing Chemist services if payment for this Invoice or any prior Invoice remains outstanding beyond the due date.
4. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice may be required to reflect any changes in applicable tax rates or regulatory requirements in China Beijing.
5. All Chemist personnel performing services under this Invoice are bound by strict confidentiality agreements. No data, samples, or proprietary information shall be disclosed to third parties without written consent from the client.
6. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be submitted to arbitration under the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Beijing.
