Invoice Notes & Service Summary
This Invoice is issued by EthioCurriculum Solutions PLC, a registered professional services firm operating in Ethiopia Addis Ababa, to formally document the compensation owed for Curriculum Developer services rendered during the period of March 2025 through June 2025. The Curriculum Developer engaged for this project, Prof. Abebe Girma, holds a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from Addis Ababa University and has over fifteen years of experience in educational design within the Ethiopian context.
All Curriculum Developer deliverables referenced in this Invoice have been reviewed and approved by the client's Curriculum & Teaching Learning Materials Directorate. The final Curriculum package, including all digital and printed materials, was delivered to the client's office in Arat Kilo, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, on June 10, 2025.
- This Invoice must be settled within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date, i.e., no later than July 15, 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia account listed above, or by certified cheque payable to EthioCurriculum Solutions PLC.
- All amounts are denominated in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) and are subject to the prevailing tax regulations of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
- The Curriculum Developer retains full intellectual property rights to the underlying pedagogical methodologies; the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the Curriculum materials for public education purposes within Ethiopia.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a binding financial document between EthioCurriculum Solutions PLC (the Curriculum Developer service provider) and the Federal Ministry of Education of Ethiopia (the client). Both parties acknowledge the terms set forth herein and in the original Service Agreement dated February 20, 2025.
2. Late payments on this Invoice shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month, calculated on the outstanding balance, in accordance with Ethiopian commercial law and the terms of the Service Agreement.
3. The Curriculum Developer services described in this Invoice are considered complete upon the client's written acceptance of the final deliverables. No further revisions beyond the scope defined in the original contract shall be included in this Invoice without a separate change order and supplemental Invoice.
4. All work performed by the Curriculum Developer was conducted in compliance with the Ethiopian Education Proclamation (No. 816/2013) and the directives of the Federal Ministry of Education regarding national Curriculum standards.
5. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must request a reissued Invoice from EthioCurriculum Solutions PLC in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
6. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through amicable negotiation in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and, if unresolved, through the competent courts of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
