The Curriculum Developer services outlined in this Invoice were performed in full compliance with the Tanzania National Curriculum Standards and the directives of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. All deliverables have been submitted to the Tanzania National Education Board office in Dar es Salaam and have received preliminary approval. This Invoice constitutes the final billing for the project phase described above. Any additional Curriculum development work, revisions, or extended pilot supervision beyond the scope defined herein shall be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written agreement between both parties. The Curriculum Developer retains all intellectual property rights to the methodological frameworks developed, while the end product (the Curriculum documents) shall be the property of the Tanzanian government upon full payment of this Invoice.
