Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
This Invoice covers all professional services rendered by our licensed Customs Officer team operating within the jurisdiction of Afghanistan Kabul during the period of 1 June 2025 through 14 June 2025. All duties, taxes, and levies assessed by the Afghanistan Customs Authority have been calculated in accordance with the current tariff schedule effective in Kabul. The Customs Officer assigned to this engagement holds a valid license issued by the Ministry of Finance, Afghanistan, and all work was conducted in full compliance with the Afghanistan Customs Code and applicable trade regulations. Payment of this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in our service agreement. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Please reference Invoice Number INV-KBL-2025-04871 in all correspondence and remittances.
Terms and Conditions
- All services described in this Invoice were performed by a certified Customs Officer registered with the Afghanistan Customs Authority, Kabul Division.
- Payment for this Invoice shall be made via bank transfer to Kabul Customs & Trade Advisory LLC, Bank of Afghanistan, Branch: Kabul City, Account No: 0042-8871-2025.
- The Customs Officer services are non-refundable once commenced. Any cancellation must be communicated in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date.
- This Invoice does not include government stamp duties or third-party inspection fees levied by the Afghanistan Kabul customs office, which shall be borne by the client separately.
- All disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the commercial laws of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, with jurisdiction in the Kabul Commercial Court.
- The Customs Officer shall maintain full confidentiality regarding all cargo manifests, commercial invoices, and trade data accessed during the engagement in Afghanistan Kabul.
