Invoice Notes
This Invoice covers all professional services rendered by our licensed Customs Officer, U Thura Zaw Win, in connection with the import clearance and trade compliance activities conducted in Myanmar Yangon during the period of 1 June 2025 to 15 June 2025.
All Customs Officer services were performed in full compliance with the Myanmar Customs Law (2011), the Myanmar Revenue Law, and applicable regulations issued by the Myanmar Customs Department. The Customs Officer maintained all required documentation, including customs declarations (Form C-1), commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, as mandated for all import transactions processed through Myanmar Yangon ports and airports.
Payment of this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the issue date. Please reference Invoice No. YTC-2025-00847 in all correspondence and remittances. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue.
Terms and Conditions
- All Customs Officer services described in this Invoice are subject to the Master Service Agreement dated 1 January 2025 between the parties.
- The Customs Officer shall not be held liable for delays caused by Myanmar Customs Department processing backlogs, force majeure events, or actions of third-party logistics providers in Myanmar Yangon.
- Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Myanmar Arbitration Centre in Yangon in accordance with the Myanmar Arbitration Law.
- Confidentiality obligations apply to all trade data, tariff information, and commercial details shared during the engagement of the Customs Officer.
- This Invoice constitutes a final accounting for the services rendered. No additional charges shall apply beyond the amounts stated herein unless a written amendment is executed by both parties.
- Yangon Trade & Customs Advisory Co., Ltd. holds a valid Customs Officer license issued by the Myanmar Customs Department and maintains professional indemnity insurance covering all operations in Myanmar Yangon.
