Terms, Conditions & Diplomatic Notes
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the French Commercial Code (Code de commerce) and applicable regulations governing diplomatic procurement in France Paris. All services rendered are subject to the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations (1961) and the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations (1963).
- The Diplomat and the receiving Embassy in France Paris are exempt from VAT (TVA) on goods and services as stipulated under Article 34 of the Vienna Convention. The exemption has been applied as reflected in this Invoice. Supporting diplomatic accreditation documents (Note Verbale No. 2025/MAE/1187) are on file.
- Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the account of Maison Diplomatique Services SARL, BNP Paribas, IBAN: FR76 3000 4000 0312 0001 2345 678, BIC: BNPAFRPPXXX. Please reference Invoice No. MD-2025-0847 and the Diplomat's Ministry Reference in all correspondence.
- All services described in this Invoice were performed within the administrative boundaries of France Paris (Île-de-France region). Any cross-border diplomatic logistics (e.g., courier services to Lyon, Marseille, or Strasbourg) are itemized separately and not included in this Invoice.
- The Chief Diplomat or authorized representative shall sign and return a copy of this Invoice to our billing office within 10 business days to confirm acceptance. Failure to respond within 30 days of the due date may result in a late payment notice in accordance with French commercial law (Article L441-10 du Code de commerce).
- This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for the period 1 January 2025 through 31 May 2025. No additional charges will be levied for services rendered during this period unless a supplementary Invoice is issued with prior written authorization from the Diplomat's office.
- All personal data processed in connection with this Invoice is handled in strict compliance with the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data is retained for a period of 10 years as required by French fiscal law.
- For any disputes regarding this Invoice, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Paris, France. In the event of a diplomatic dispute, the matter shall be referred to the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs (Ministère de l'Europe et des Affaires Étrangères) in France Paris for resolution through diplomatic channels.
