Invoice Terms & Conditions – Editor Services in Algeria Algiers
1. Payment Terms: This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of EditorPro Solutions SARL, Bank of Algeria, Branch Hydra, Algeria Algiers. Account No: 007 000 1234567890 12. IBAN: DZ76 0070 0012 3456 7890 12.
2. Scope of Editor Services: All Editor services rendered under this Invoice are governed by Contract No. CT-2025-ALG-0192, signed in Algeria Algiers on 28 March 2025. The Editor team, comprising a Senior Editor, Technical Editor, Junior Editor, Digital Editor, and Editorial Project Manager, shall perform all duties in accordance with the editorial standards outlined in Annex A of the contract.
3. Revisions: Two (2) rounds of revisions are included in the Editor service fee as itemized in this Invoice. Any additional revision cycles beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately at a rate of 15,000 DZD per hour, subject to a prior written amendment to this Invoice.
4. Late Payment: In the event of non-payment by the due date stated on this Invoice, a late penalty of 1.5% per month (or fraction thereof) shall be applied to the outstanding balance, in accordance with the commercial code of Algeria. This penalty is in addition to any legal remedies available to EditorPro Solutions SARL.
5. Intellectual Property: Upon full and final payment of this Invoice, all editorial deliverables, including but not limited to edited manuscripts, formatted documents, and digital files produced by the Editor team, shall become the exclusive property of the client. EditorPro Solutions SARL retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio with the client's written consent.
6. Governing Law: This Invoice and all associated Editor services are governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved by the competent commercial courts of Algeria Algiers, and the parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of said courts.
7. Confidentiality: The Editor team acknowledges receipt of confidential materials provided by the client in connection with this Invoice. All such materials shall be handled in strict accordance with the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed on 28 March 2025 in Algeria Algiers, and shall be returned or destroyed upon completion of the project.
8. Tax Compliance: This Invoice has been issued in compliance with the Algerian tax regulations as administered by the Direction Générale des Impôts, Algeria Algiers. The VAT amount stated herein is calculated at the standard rate of 19% applicable to professional services rendered within the national territory.
