Invoice Notes & Editor Deliverables Summary
This Invoice covers the complete editorial engagement for the Horizon Digital Agency corporate rebrand campaign. All Editor services were performed by the PixelCraft Media editorial team at our primary production facility in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. The Editor team delivered a total of 174 hours of professional editing, post-production, and audio work.
Deliverables include: one (1) master 4K brand film (12 min), twenty-four (24) short-form social media clips, full bilingual subtitle files (SRT and VTT formats), motion graphics package (12 assets), and final mixed audio stems. All files are stored on our Malaysia Kuala Lumpur server and will be transferred via secure cloud link within five (5) business days of Invoice settlement.
Payment is to be made via bank transfer to: Maybank Berhad, Account Name: PixelCraft Media Sdn. Bhd., Account No: 5123-4567-8901, SWIFT: BMMBMYKL. Please reference Invoice number PXM-2025-00487 on all remittances.
Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice is payable within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as per Malaysian commercial practice.
- All Editor intellectual property, including intermediate project files, remains the property of PixelCraft Media Sdn. Bhd. until full payment of this Invoice is received. Upon settlement, full ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client.
- The Editor team at Malaysia Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to withhold final file delivery and source project files until the outstanding balance of RM 57,125.60 is cleared in full.
- Any additional editorial revisions beyond the three (3) included review sessions will be billed at the applicable Editor hourly rate stated in this Invoice, subject to a separate change-order Invoice.
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Editor services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- PixelCraft Media Sdn. Bhd. is registered with the Royal Malaysian Customs Department for SST purposes. The 6% Sales and Service Tax applied on this Invoice is in compliance with the Finance Act 2018 (Malaysia).
- By accepting this Invoice, the client acknowledges that all Editor services were rendered in accordance with the project brief dated 20 May 2025 and the service-level agreement executed in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
