Invoice Notes & Editorial Remarks
This Invoice covers all editorial services rendered by the Editor team at Editor Valencia Editorial Services S.L. during the period of 1 March 2025 through 10 June 2025. All work was performed at our offices in Spain Valencia and adheres to the professional editorial standards established by the Spanish publishing industry.
The Editor team wishes to note that the manuscript "Historia de la Costa Valenciana" has been brought to full publication readiness. All revisions requested by the client during the editing cycle have been incorporated and verified. The final proofread copy has been delivered to the client's production team on 12 June 2025.
Payment for this Invoice is due within 30 calendar days of the issue date. Please reference Invoice No. EV-2025-00487 in all correspondence and remittances. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly surcharge in accordance with Spanish commercial law (Ley 3/2004 de lucha contra la morosidad).
Should you require a duplicate copy of this Invoice or wish to dispute any line item, please contact our billing department within 14 days of receipt. The Editor team remains available for any post-delivery editorial queries at no additional charge during the 30-day warranty period.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice is governed by the laws of Spain and specifically the commercial regulations applicable in the Valencian Community. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved in the courts of Valencia, Spain.
2. The Editor retains all intellectual property rights over editorial methodologies, style guides, and proprietary editing frameworks developed during the engagement. The client receives a perpetual license to use the delivered editorial work for the specified publication.
3. All rates quoted on this Invoice are exclusive of VAT. The applicable IVA rate of 21% is applied as per current Spanish tax legislation in force in Spain Valencia.
4. The Editor reserves the right to withhold final delivery of any remaining editorial materials until full payment of this Invoice has been received and cleared in the designated bank account.
5. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for the editorial project referenced herein. No additional fees shall be incurred beyond the amounts specified unless a written change order is executed by both parties.
