1. All services provided by Wellington Electrical Engineering Solutions Ltd. are performed in accordance with the New Zealand Electrical Wiring Rules (AS/NZS 3000:2018) and relevant New Zealand Standards.
2. All electrical engineering work is carried out by licensed electrical workers registered with the Electrical Workers Registration Board (EWRB) of New Zealand.
3. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Late payments will incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
4. This invoice includes Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current New Zealand rate of 15% as required by the Inland Revenue Department (IRD).
5. All designs and engineering drawings remain the intellectual property of Wellington Electrical Engineering Solutions Ltd. until full payment has been received.
6. Any disputes regarding this invoice must be raised in writing within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with New Zealand law and jurisdiction.
7. This invoice is valid for services rendered in Wellington, New Zealand, and complies with all local regulatory requirements including Wellington City Council building consent conditions.
