Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the commercial agreement signed on May 28, 2025, between ElectroCiudad MX (the Electrician service provider) and Torre Corporativa Reforma S.A. de C.V. (the Client) for the execution of comprehensive electrical modernization works located in Mexico Mexico City.
- Payment Method: Bank transfer (SPEI) to BBVA México, Account No. 0123-4567-8901, CLABE: 012180001234567890, in favor of ElectroCiudad MX S.A. de C.V.
- Payment Deadline: This Invoice must be settled in full no later than June 30, 2025. Late payments will accrue interest at the rate established by the SAT (Servicio de Administración Tributaria) for overdue obligations.
- CFDI: The corresponding CFDI 4.0 electronic tax invoice has been generated and will be delivered via the Client's authorized email address within 24 hours of this Invoice's issue date. The folio fiscal (UUID) is: 8A3F-2B7C-9D1E-4F6A-B2C8-7E9D-1A3F-5C6B.
- Warranty: All electrical work performed by our Electrician team carries a 24-month warranty from the date of final acceptance. This warranty covers workmanship defects but does not extend to damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
- Materials: All materials and components specified in this Invoice are new, original manufacturer products with full manufacturer warranty. Brands include Schneider Electric, Siemens, Legrand, and 3M.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for the Electrician services described herein. The Client acknowledges receipt of all deliverables and confirms satisfactory completion of the electrical works in Mexico Mexico City.
2. All prices are quoted in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and are inclusive of labor, materials, equipment, transportation within Mexico Mexico City, and applicable permits. Any work outside the scope defined in the original contract will be subject to a separate Invoice.
3. The Electrician service provider (ElectroCiudad MX) is fully licensed, insured, and registered with the CFE (Comisión Federal de Electricidad) and the local electrical registry of Mexico Mexico City. All personnel performing the work hold valid professional certifications.
4. In the event of a dispute regarding this Invoice, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation before the Centro de Conciliación y Arbitraje of Mexico Mexico City prior to initiating any judicial proceedings.
5. This Invoice is valid for 30 calendar days from the issue date. After this period, the amounts may be subject to adjustment based on current exchange rates for imported materials and prevailing labor cost indices.
6. The Client is responsible for providing safe access to all work areas, coordinating with building management, and ensuring that all necessary permits from the Mexico Mexico City municipal government have been obtained prior to the commencement of work.
