Invoice Notes & Electrician Service Details
This Invoice is issued by Shree Current Electrician Services, a fully licensed and registered Electrician company operating in Nepal Kathmandu. All electrical work described in this Invoice has been performed in strict compliance with the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) standards and the Nepal Building Code regulations for electrical installations.
All materials used in this project are certified and sourced from authorized distributors in Kathmandu, Nepal. The Electrician team assigned to this project holds valid licenses issued by the Department of Industry, Government of Nepal. Each Electrician on the team has a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in residential and commercial electrical work in the Kathmandu Valley region.
The total amount of NPR 1,276,944.00 (One Million Two Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Four Nepali Rupees only) is due within 15 days from the date of this Invoice. Payment may be made via bank transfer to Nabil Bank, Kathmandu Branch, Account No. 001-4567890, or via cash at our office in Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal.
A 12-month warranty is provided on all workmanship performed by our Electrician team. This warranty covers any defects in installation, wiring faults, or component failures attributable to the Electrician's workmanship. Material warranties are governed by the respective manufacturers' terms.
Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
1. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the issue date. After this period, a revised Invoice may be issued reflecting any changes in material costs in the Kathmandu market.
2. All electrical work performed by our Electrician team is subject to final inspection and sign-off by the client. No payment is due until the client has inspected and approved the completed work.
3. The Electrician company reserves the right to suspend work if payment milestones are not met as per the agreed schedule. This Invoice represents the final billing for the completed project scope.
4. Any additional work requested beyond the scope described in this Invoice will be billed separately with a supplementary Invoice.
5. This Invoice is governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the Electrician services rendered shall be resolved through the competent courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
6. The client acknowledges that all electrical installations in Nepal Kathmandu must comply with NEA regulations. Our Electrician team ensures full compliance, and the client agrees to maintain the installation in accordance with safety standards.
7. A copy of this Invoice has been retained in our records at the Shree Current Electrician Services office in Kathmandu, Nepal for a minimum period of 7 years as required by Nepal's tax and accounting regulations.
