- All electrical works described in this Invoice were carried out by a licensed and registered Electrician in accordance with the Nigerian Electricity Act 2015 and Lagos State Building Control and Planning Law.
- The Certificate of Electrical Installation (CEI) referenced in line item 7 must be presented to the Lagos State Building Control Agency (LASBCA) for final occupancy approval.
- Materials supplied are all new, genuine, and carry manufacturer warranties. Warranty cards are enclosed with the final handover documentation.
- This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for the electrical scope of work. Any additional work requested after the completion date will be subject to a separate Invoice and quotation.
