Payment Instructions
Please remit payment of 1,242,192 Sudanese Pounds (SDG) within fourteen (14) calendar days from the issue date of this Invoice. Payment may be made via bank transfer to Nile Delta Electrician Services, Bank of Khartoum, Account No: 0044-7821-5590-33, Branch: Al-Muruj, Sudan Khartoum. Alternatively, certified cheque payable to "Nile Delta Electrician Services" is acceptable. Kindly reference Invoice No. NDE-2025-04471 on all remittances to ensure proper accounting reconciliation.
A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance beyond the due date of 30 June 2025, in accordance with the standard commercial practices of the Sudan Khartoum electrical contracting industry.
Scope & Certification Notes
All electrician work detailed in this Invoice has been performed in strict compliance with the Sudanese National Electrical Code (SNEC 2023) and the regulatory standards enforced by the Sudan Khartoum Municipal Electrical Safety Authority. The lead Electrician, Ibrahim Hassan Osman, holds a valid Class-A Electrical Contractor License (License No: ELA-2024-0332) issued by the Sudan Khartoum Professional Engineers and Technicians Board. All materials used are certified and sourced from approved suppliers operating within Sudan Khartoum.
A comprehensive warranty of twenty-four (24) months is provided on all labor and workmanship described in this Invoice. Material warranties are governed by the respective manufacturer terms. The Electrician team shall return to the site at no additional cost to rectify any defects arising from workmanship within the warranty period.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a binding financial document between Nile Delta Electrician Services (hereinafter "the Electrician Contractor") and Al-Rashid Residential Complex (hereinafter "the Client") for electrical services rendered in Sudan Khartoum.
2. All work described herein was completed and inspected on-site between 2 June 2025 and 12 June 2025. The Client's site supervisor signed the completion certificate on 12 June 2025, confirming satisfactory execution of all electrician tasks listed.
3. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to the Sudan Khartoum Commercial Arbitration Centre in accordance with the Sudanese Arbitration Law.
4. The Electrician Contractor reserves the right to suspend any ongoing or future work if payment on this Invoice or any prior Invoice remains overdue beyond thirty (30) days.
5. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the issue date. After this period, the Electrician Contractor reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated pricing to reflect market conditions in Sudan Khartoum.
6. All information contained in this Invoice is confidential and intended solely for the named Client. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
