Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) guidelines applicable to creative industry professionals operating in Nigeria Lagos. The Film Director named herein is a registered sole proprietor under the Lagos State Business Registration Authority.
2. Payment for this Invoice shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: Adewale Okonkwo, Zenith Bank Plc, Account No: 1012-3456-7890, Branch: Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria Lagos. Please reference Invoice No. INV-LAG-2025-0047 in your transfer remarks.
3. The Film Director reserves all intellectual property rights over the creative direction, shot compositions, and editorial decisions made during the engagement. A separate licensing agreement governs the use of the final cut.
4. Late payment on this Invoice shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under the Nigerian Contracts Act and the terms of the master service agreement dated 1st March 2025.
5. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After the due date of 30th June 2025, the Film Director reserves the right to suspend all further creative deliverables until full settlement is received.
