Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Film Director Service Agreement dated 1 January 2025 between Siam Vision Productions Co., Ltd. and Meridian Global Entertainment Ltd. All services were rendered by the designated Film Director, Khun Somchai Rattanakul, operating within the jurisdiction of Thailand Bangkok.
- Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the Invoice issue date via bank transfer to: Siam Vision Productions Co., Ltd., Bank of Ayudhya, Account No. 482-3-56789-1, SWIFT: AYUDTHBK.
- All amounts are quoted in Thai Baht (THB). This Invoice is subject to Thai Revenue Code regulations and the 7% Value Added Tax as applicable in Thailand Bangkok.
- The Film Director retains full creative authority as stipulated in Section 4.2 of the master agreement. Any additional direction days beyond the contracted 133 days will be billed at the prevailing daily rate.
- Payment delays exceeding 30 days from the due date will incur a late fee of 1.5% per month, in compliance with Thai commercial law.
Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Film Director professional services delivered in Thailand Bangkok. The Film Director's intellectual property rights over all creative direction, shot compositions, and editorial decisions remain with Siam Vision Productions Co., Ltd. unless otherwise transferred in writing.
2. The Film Director is entitled to on-screen credit as "Directed by" in all promotional materials, trailers, and the final cut of the feature film. Failure to include proper credit constitutes a breach of this Invoice's underlying agreement.
3. All location permits, insurance certificates, and regulatory approvals required for filming in Thailand Bangkok have been secured by the Film Director's production team. The client acknowledges that the Film Director has complied with all provisions of the Thai Film and Video Act B.E. 2551 (2008).
4. Disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Film Director engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangkok, Thailand, under the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute. The governing law is the law of the Kingdom of Thailand.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, the Film Director reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated tax calculations or adjusted rates.
