Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
1. This Invoice is issued by the undersigned Film Director in accordance with the professional services agreement (Contract No. AUF-2025-012) executed between the parties on March 15, 2025, in Venezuela Caracas. All services rendered under this Invoice fall within the scope of the Film Director's creative and technical responsibilities as defined in Section 4 of the master contract.
2. Payment for this Invoice shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than July 15, 2025. Payment may be remitted via wire transfer to the following account: Banco Mercantil, Account No. 0102-0045-67-123456789, Beneficiary: Carlos Alejandro Mendoza Rivas, RIF J-32456789-1, Venezuela Caracas.
3. In the event of late payment, a penalty interest of 1.5% per month shall be applied to the outstanding balance of this Invoice, in compliance with the Commercial Code of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. The Film Director reserves the right to suspend all ongoing and future creative services until the full amount of this Invoice is settled.
4. All intellectual property rights related to the creative direction, visual design, and artistic decisions made by the Film Director during the production of "Sombras del Orinoco" remain the exclusive property of the Film Director unless otherwise stipulated in the licensing addendum. This Invoice covers only the professional services rendered and does not constitute a transfer of any underlying creative IP.
5. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Film Director may reissue the document with updated tax calculations if Venezuelan fiscal regulations have changed. The client is advised to retain this Invoice for their corporate tax records in Venezuela Caracas.
6. Should the client require a duplicate copy of this Invoice or wish to dispute any line item, written notice must be submitted to the Film Director's office in Venezuela Caracas within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. Disputes not resolved amicably shall be subject to arbitration under the rules of the Chamber of Commerce of Venezuela Caracas.
