Invoice Notes & Firefighter Service Details
This Invoice documents all Firefighter services rendered by Kyoto Firefighter Services Co., Ltd. within the jurisdiction of Japan Kyoto during the period of July 2, 2024, through July 14, 2024. All Firefighter personnel assigned to these operations hold valid national certifications issued by the Japan Fire and Disaster Management Agency.
The Firefighter team deployed for the structural fire suppression in the Gion District consisted of eight (8) certified Firefighter specialists, two (2) Firefighter officers, and one (1) Firefighter paramedic. All operations were conducted in strict compliance with the Japan Kyoto Fire Prevention Ordinance and national safety regulations.
Payment for this Invoice is due within thirty (30) days of the Invoice date. Please reference Invoice number KYO-FF-2024-07152 on all correspondence and remittances. Direct payments to the account specified below. Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly surcharge as stipulated in the Japan Kyoto municipal service contract.

Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Agreement dated January 15, 2024, between Kyoto Firefighter Services Co., Ltd. and the Kyoto Municipal Fire Department for the provision of professional Firefighter services across Japan Kyoto.
2. All Firefighter services listed in this Invoice have been completed and verified by the supervising Firefighter officer on site. No additional charges will be applied beyond those itemized herein unless a written amendment to this Invoice is mutually agreed upon.
3. The Firefighter equipment and materials referenced in this Invoice are subject to the warranty terms outlined in Appendix C of the master contract. Any defects in Firefighter apparatus must be reported within fourteen (14) days of the service date.
4. This Invoice is governed by the laws of Japan and the specific Firefighter service regulations of the Japan Kyoto Prefectural Government. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Kyoto, Japan.
5. Kyoto Firefighter Services Co., Ltd. maintains full liability insurance coverage for all Firefighter operations conducted within Japan Kyoto, with a minimum coverage of 500,000,000 JPY per incident.
6. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice may be subject to re-evaluation of applicable tax rates and service fees.
