Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by Salon Lumière Kinshasa, a registered Hairdresser and beauty services provider operating in the heart of Kinshasa, DR Congo. All services listed above were rendered on 14 June 2025 at our flagship salon located in the Gombe district of Kinshasa.
Payment Methods Accepted: Mobile Money (M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Orange Money), bank transfer to BCC account No. 0012-3456-7890, or cash payment at our Kinshasa, DR Congo office.
Payment Deadline: This Invoice must be settled in full by 30 June 2025. A late payment surcharge of 2% per week will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date.
Currency: All amounts on this Invoice are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) as per the client's preference. Equivalent payment in Congolese Francs (CDF) at the prevailing exchange rate on the date of payment is also accepted.
Terms & Conditions – Hairdresser Services in DR Congo Kinshasa
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Hairdresser services rendered by Salon Lumière Kinshasa. By accepting the services, the client agrees to all terms stated herein and in our general service agreement.
2. All Hairdresser services performed at our Kinshasa, DR Congo location are subject to a minimum 24-hour cancellation notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% fee of the total Invoice amount.
3. The Hairdresser team at Salon Lumière Kinshasa guarantees satisfaction with all services listed on this Invoice. In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction, the client must report the issue within 48 hours of service completion for a complimentary re-do or partial refund as determined by our management.
4. All products used during the Hairdresser session are sourced from certified suppliers and comply with the health and safety regulations of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Product allergies or sensitivities must be disclosed prior to service.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice will be marked as overdue and referred to our accounts department in Kinshasa, DR Congo for collection proceedings.
6. Salon Lumière Kinshasa is registered with the National Tax Authority (Direction Générale des Impôts) of DR Congo. A tax receipt (reçu fiscal) will be provided upon full settlement of this Invoice.
7. For any disputes arising from this Invoice or the Hairdresser services provided, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation in Kinshasa, DR Congo, before pursuing any legal action in the competent courts of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
8. This Invoice does not constitute a warranty of permanent results. Hair growth cycles, environmental factors in Kinshasa's tropical climate, and individual hair conditions may affect the longevity of styling results.
