Payment Deadline: This Invoice must be settled in full within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments will attract a 2% monthly interest charge as per Kenyan commercial practice.
Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued by Crown & Curl Hairdresser Studio, a registered business operating in Kenya Nairobi under the Companies Act, 2010. All services listed herein were performed by licensed Hairdresser professionals at our Westlands, Kenya Nairobi premises.
2. The Hairdresser services described in this Invoice were rendered on 12 June 2025. The client acknowledges receipt of all services and products listed. Any dissatisfaction regarding the quality of the Hairdresser work must be communicated within 48 hours of the service date.
3. All prices on this Invoice are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes as mandated by the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) and Nairobi City County government levies.
4. This Invoice is non-transferable. Payment must be made to the account holder named above. No part-payment will be accepted unless prior written agreement is reached with the Hairdresser studio management.
5. The Hairdresser studio reserves the right to dispute any portion of this Invoice if the client fails to attend the scheduled appointment without 24-hour notice. In such cases, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the total Invoice amount.
6. Product warranties: All retail products purchased alongside Hairdresser services carry a 30-day return policy, provided items are unopened and in original packaging. This policy is valid only for purchases made at our Kenya Nairobi location.
7. This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document under Kenyan law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action in the courts of Kenya Nairobi.
8. Retention: The client is advised to retain a copy of this Invoice for personal tax records. The Hairdresser studio will retain the original for a minimum of seven (7) years in compliance with KRA record-keeping requirements.

Your Hairdresser, Mr. David Mwangi, recommends the following after-care routine to maintain your balayage and extensions: wash hair no more than three times per week using the keratin shampoo provided; avoid heat styling above 180°C for the first 72 hours; schedule a touch-up appointment with your Hairdresser every 8–10 weeks.
