Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice is issued by Colombo Elite Hair Studio, a registered Hairdresser and beauty services provider operating in Sri Lanka Colombo. Payment of the full amount of LKR 204,435.00 is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Invoice, i.e., by 30 June 2025.
Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard), eZ Cash, Genie, and LKL Pay.
Bank Details: Commercial Bank of Ceylon, Colombo Main Branch, A/C No: 1010-0456-7890, Account Name: Colombo Elite Hair Studio (Pvt) Ltd.
Reference: Please quote Invoice No. CEH-2025-03847 with all payments.
A late payment surcharge of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the issue date.
Important Notes & Terms of Service
- All Hairdresser services listed in this Invoice were performed at our Sri Lanka Colombo premises on 14 June 2025 between 10:00 AM and 6:30 PM.
- The Hairdresser team at Colombo Elite Hair Studio guarantees all services for a period of seven (7) days. Any dissatisfaction regarding the quality of work must be reported within this period for a complimentary re-do.
- Products purchased as part of this Invoice (Item #8) are non-returnable once opened. Unopened products may be exchanged within 14 days with this Invoice as proof of purchase.
- The Keratin Treatment (Item #4) requires the client to avoid washing hair for 72 hours post-treatment. Follow-up care instructions have been provided by the Hairdresser at the time of service.
- Bridal Hair Styling (Item #6) includes one pre-wedding consultation and the final styling session. Any additional touch-ups on the wedding day will be billed separately at LKR 8,000 per hour.
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Inland Revenue Department of Sri Lanka regulations. A duplicate Invoice may be requested by contacting our front desk in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- Colombo Elite Hair Studio is a licensed Hairdresser establishment registered with the Colombo Municipal Council. All Hairdresser staff members hold valid professional certifications and undergo annual health screenings as mandated by Sri Lankan health authorities.
- By accepting this Invoice, the client agrees to the general terms and conditions of service as displayed at our Sri Lanka Colombo salon premises and available on our website.
