Invoice Notes & Important Information
This Invoice has been issued by L'Artisan Hair Studio, a licensed Hairdresser and beauty services establishment operating in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. All services listed above were performed by our certified Hairdresser team members on the date specified. The client acknowledges receipt of all services and confirms satisfaction with the quality of work delivered.
Please note that this Invoice is valid for payment within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment may be made via bank transfer to the account listed above, or in person at our Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City location using cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), or mobile payment (MoMo, ZaloPay). A late payment fee of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date.
The Hairdresser services described in this Invoice include all professional products, tools, and materials used during the session. The keratin treatment and balayage coloring products are sourced from internationally certified suppliers and are registered with the Vietnam Ministry of Health. Should the client experience any adverse reaction to the products applied, please contact our Hairdresser team within 48 hours for a complimentary follow-up consultation.
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Vietnamese Accounting Law (Luat Ke Toan 2015) and the regulations of the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tax. A duplicate copy of this Invoice may be requested by contacting our billing department. The original Invoice must be retained by the client for a minimum of ten (10) years as per Vietnamese tax record-keeping requirements.
Terms & Conditions of Service
1. All Hairdresser services are subject to the terms and conditions of L'Artisan Hair Studio, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. By accepting service, the client agrees to these terms.
2. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50% fee of the booked service value as stated on this Invoice.
3. The Hairdresser team reserves the right to modify service duration or product selection if the client's hair condition requires an alternative approach for optimal results. Any additional charges will be communicated to the client before proceeding and will be reflected on a supplementary Invoice.
4. All prices listed on this Invoice are in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and are inclusive of all applicable materials. The 10% VAT and 5% service tax are calculated in compliance with Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City municipal tax regulations.
5. This Invoice does not constitute a warranty against natural hair growth, fading of color over time, or changes in hair texture due to environmental factors. However, our Hairdresser team guarantees the professional quality of workmanship for a period of fourteen (14) days from the service date.
6. For corporate or bulk bookings, a separate service agreement and pro-forma Invoice will be issued prior to the engagement. Please contact our Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City office for corporate rate inquiries.
7. Disputes arising from this Invoice or the services rendered shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, matters shall be submitted to the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City People's Court for adjudication under applicable Vietnamese law.
