Invoice Notes
This Invoice covers the professional services rendered by our designated Marketing Manager for the month of May 2025. All services were performed on-site at the client's premises in Guangzhou, China, and remotely via approved digital collaboration platforms.
The Marketing Manager engaged under this Invoice holds a valid work permit issued by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, in full compliance with Chinese labor regulations applicable to the China Guangzhou jurisdiction.
Please reference Invoice number PBM-2025-GZ-0472 in all payment communications. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will be applied in accordance with the master service agreement.
Terms and Conditions
- Payment is due within 15 calendar days of the Invoice issue date via bank transfer to the account specified above. All transactions are processed in Chinese Yuan (CNY) through the domestic interbank payment system.
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Guangzhou.
- The Marketing Manager's services described in this Invoice are subject to the confidentiality and intellectual property clauses outlined in the Master Service Agreement dated 01 January 2025. All marketing materials, strategies, and data produced during the service period remain the exclusive property of Guangzhou Horizon Technology Group Co., Ltd.
- Should the client require additional hours or scope changes beyond those itemized in this Invoice, a supplementary Invoice will be issued with a minimum 5-business-day notice period. No work will commence without written authorization.
- This Invoice complies with the requirements of the State Taxation Administration of China regarding electronic invoicing (fapiao) for professional services rendered in the China Guangzhou region. A corresponding electronic fapiao will be provided upon receipt of payment.
- By accepting this Invoice, the client acknowledges that all services have been completed to the satisfaction of the project lead and that the deliverables meet the specifications agreed upon in the Statement of Work.
