Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the contractual agreement between Al-Nakheel Digital Solutions LLC and Al-Riyadh Commercial Group JSC for the provision of Marketing Manager services in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., no later than 30 June 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: Riyad Bank, Account No. 1234-5678-9012, IBAN: SA03 8000 0000 6080 1016 7519, in favor of Al-Nakheel Digital Solutions LLC.
- All amounts are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR). The 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied in compliance with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) regulations of Saudi Arabia.
- Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance, as stipulated under the commercial terms of this engagement.
- This Invoice is valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice reflecting any applicable market adjustments may be issued.
- The Marketing Manager services described herein are subject to the scope of work outlined in Annex A of the master service agreement dated 1 April 2025.
Additional Notes
The Marketing Manager engagement for the month of May 2025 has been completed in full. All deliverables, including the Q2 strategic marketing plan, digital campaign performance reports, team assessment documentation, and the Al-Balad Heritage Festival sponsorship impact report, have been submitted to the client's designated project manager in Jeddah. The client is requested to confirm receipt of all deliverables within five (5) business days of this Invoice date. Should any discrepancies be identified, the client is advised to contact the billing department at Al-Nakheel Digital Solutions LLC, Kingdom Tower, Al Shati District, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, within the same period. This Invoice constitutes the final settlement for the Marketing Manager services rendered during the specified period and does not include any additional ad-hoc requests made outside the agreed scope of work. All intellectual property rights associated with marketing materials, strategies, and reports developed during this engagement remain the property of Al-Riyadh Commercial Group JSC upon full payment of this Invoice.
