Notes & Payment Instructions
This invoice is issued by Mason Construction & Masonry Services S.A., a registered masonry and construction company headquartered in Buenos Aires, Argentina. All masonry work described herein has been executed in strict compliance with the Argentine National Building Code (Código de Edificación de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires) and applicable municipal regulations of the City of Buenos Aires.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the IBAN listed above within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date. Late payments are subject to a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Argentine commercial law (Ley de Contrato de Locación de Obra, Ley 26.994). Mason reserves the right to suspend all ongoing masonry operations on the project site in Buenos Aires should payment not be received by the due date.
All prices are quoted in Argentine Pesos (ARS) and are inclusive of labor, standard masonry tools, and site logistics within the City of Buenos Aires. Any work performed outside the municipal boundaries of Buenos Aires will be subject to an additional travel and logistics surcharge as per Mason's standard rate card.
Terms and Conditions
1. This invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for masonry and construction services rendered by Mason Construction & Masonry Services S.A. in the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, under Contract No. GIP-2025-0312 dated March 1, 2025.
2. All masonry work is warranted for a period of five (5) years from the date of final acceptance, covering structural integrity, water infiltration, and material defects in accordance with Argentine consumer protection law (Ley 24.240).
3. Any disputes arising from this invoice or the underlying masonry services shall be resolved through the commercial courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, in accordance with the jurisdictional clause of the master contract.
4. Mason Construction & Masonry Services S.A. is fully licensed and insured for all masonry, structural, and finishing operations within the Province of Buenos Aires and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. Certificates of insurance and professional liability coverage are available upon written request.
5. This invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the issue date. After this period, Mason reserves the right to reissue the invoice with updated pricing to reflect any changes in material costs within the Buenos Aires construction market.
