Notes & Remarks
This invoice covers all masonry and stonework services rendered by Almaty Mason & Construction Services LLP for the Tengri Heights Residential Complex, Phase 2, Block C, located in Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan. All masonry work has been executed in strict compliance with the construction codes and regulations of Kazakhstan, including SNiP 3.03.01-87 (Masonry Structures) and applicable GOST standards for building materials.
The natural granite and limestone used in this project were sourced from certified quarries in the Almaty region and the Almaty Mountains, ensuring local material quality and reducing transportation costs. All masonry joints have been inspected and passed compressive strength testing at the Almaty Regional Construction Quality Control Laboratory.
Please note that the 2% early payment discount applies only if the full invoice amount is remitted on or before 22 June 2025. After this date, the full amount of 88,070,360.00 KZT (Subtotal + VAT) shall be due by 30 June 2025.
Any disputes regarding the scope of masonry work described in this invoice shall be resolved in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the terms of the master construction contract (Contract No. TCD-2025-0087) signed between both parties on 10 March 2025 in Almaty.
Terms & Conditions
1. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of invoice issuance, as per the terms agreed in the master contract for masonry services in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
2. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.1% per calendar day on the outstanding balance, in accordance with Article 317 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. This invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised invoice reflecting current market prices for masonry materials in Almaty shall be issued.
4. All masonry work covered by this invoice carries a structural warranty of five (5) years from the date of final acceptance, as mandated by Kazakhstan construction legislation.
5. This invoice must be accompanied by the corresponding Act of Performed Works (Akt vypolnennykh rabot) signed by both parties for accounting and tax purposes in Kazakhstan.
6. Almaty Mason & Construction Services LLP reserves the right to withhold final certification of masonry work until all outstanding invoices for the project are settled in full.
