Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
Payment Method: Wire transfer to Mason Construction & Renovation Services, Banco Mercantil, Venezuela Caracas Branch. Account No.: 0105-0045-87-2345678901. SWIFT: BCMCVAVC. Please reference Invoice No. MASON-2025-0487 in all remittances.
Currency: This Invoice is denominated in United States Dollars (USD) as agreed in the master service contract dated March 1, 2025. All amounts are subject to the exchange rate published by the Central Bank of Venezuela on the date of payment if conversion to Bolívares (VES) is required by local regulation.
Validity: This Invoice remains valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the due date of July 15, 2025, a late payment interest of 1.5% per month will be applied in accordance with Venezuelan commercial law (Código de Comercio).
Warranty: Mason Construction & Renovation Services guarantees all masonry and structural work described in this Invoice for a period of five (5) years from the date of final acceptance, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Terms and Conditions – Mason Invoice Policy (Venezuela Caracas)
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment under Contract No. RC-2025-012 between Mason Construction & Renovation Services and Residencial Los Cedros S.A., executed in Venezuela Caracas.
- All work performed under this Invoice complies with the Venezuelan National Building Code (CODOVE), municipal regulations of the Caracas metropolitan area, and applicable environmental standards set forth by the Ministry of Environment of Venezuela.
- Mason reserves the right to issue supplementary invoices for any change orders approved in writing by the client's authorized representative. No additional work will commence without a signed change order form.
- The 5% retained amount shall be released within 15 business days following the final inspection and written acceptance of all deliverables by the client, provided no outstanding defects are identified.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Venezuela Caracas, in accordance with the rules of the Chamber of Commerce of Caracas, in the Spanish language, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
- Mason Construction & Renovation Services is fully insured with a general liability policy of USD 2,000,000 and workers' compensation coverage as mandated by Venezuelan labor law (Ley Orgánica del Trabajo).
- This Invoice must be presented to the client's accounting department within the payment window. Failure to present this document does not waive the obligation to pay the amounts due.
