Terms and Conditions – Invoice for Mechanic Services in Nepal Kathmandu
1. This Invoice is issued by Kathmandu Auto Mechanic Services Pvt. Ltd., a registered Mechanic service provider operating in Kathmandu, Nepal. All services described herein were performed by qualified and certified Mechanic professionals at our workshop located in Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Nepal.
2. Payment of the full Invoice amount is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Nepal's commercial lending regulations.
3. All parts and materials listed in this Invoice are genuine or OEM-equivalent components sourced from authorized distributors in Nepal. A warranty of twelve (12) months applies to all replaced parts and six (6) months on Mechanic labor workmanship.
4. The Mechanic services rendered are subject to the vehicle's condition at the time of inspection. Any additional repairs discovered after the completion of this Invoice will be quoted separately and require written customer approval before commencement.
5. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the customer must contact our Kathmandu office to confirm the validity of the charges.
6. In the event of any dispute regarding the Mechanic services or the charges listed in this Invoice, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably. If unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with the Contract Act, 2056 (1999) of Nepal.
7. VAT and Service Tax charges are as mandated by the Inland Revenue Department, Government of Nepal. A separate tax receipt will be provided upon request.
8. The customer acknowledges that the vehicle was returned in good working condition following the Mechanic service. A post-service road test was conducted on the premises in Kathmandu before handover.
