This Invoice is issued by Al Noor Mechanic & Auto Services, a registered Mechanic workshop operating in United Arab Emirates Dubai, in accordance with the Federal Tax Authority regulations of the United Arab Emirates. All amounts stated in this Invoice are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes as noted above.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue of this Invoice. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as per UAE commercial law.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer to our corporate account at Emirates NBD (IBAN: AE070240000000000000000), credit/debit card, or cash at our Mechanic service centre in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- All Mechanic services listed in this Invoice carry a warranty of ninety (90) days or 5,000 kilometres, whichever comes first, covering both parts and labour performed by our certified Mechanic technicians.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- This Invoice must be retained by the client for a minimum period of five (5) years in compliance with UAE tax and commercial record-keeping regulations.
- Replacement parts used in this Mechanic service are genuine OEM or approved aftermarket components sourced from verified suppliers in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
