Notes & Mechanic Service Remarks
1. All Mechanic services listed in this Invoice were performed at our licensed workshop in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City on June 14, 2025, between 08:00 AM and 04:30 PM.
2. The Mechanic team identified a minor coolant leak in the radiator hose which was repaired at no additional charge as a goodwill gesture. This repair is not itemized in this Invoice but is covered under our complimentary service policy.
3. All replacement parts used by our Mechanic are genuine OEM components with a 12-month warranty. The warranty is valid throughout Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City and all provinces of Vietnam.
4. The next scheduled Mechanic service (oil change and general inspection) is recommended in 10,000 km or 6 months, whichever comes first. Please contact our Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City office to schedule your next appointment.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice may need to be reissued in accordance with Vietnamese tax regulations.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document between Saigon Auto Mechanic Workshop (the "Mechanic Service Provider") and the client named above. All services rendered are subject to the terms outlined in this Invoice and the service agreement signed at the time of vehicle drop-off at our Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City facility.
2. The Mechanic Service Provider guarantees that all work described in this Invoice was performed to the highest professional standards by qualified and certified Mechanic technicians. Any defects in workmanship discovered within 30 days of service completion will be corrected at no additional cost.
3. Payment is due within 15 days of the Invoice date. The Mechanic Service Provider reserves the right to withhold the vehicle until full payment of this Invoice has been received and confirmed.
4. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Vietnamese Law on Tax Administration (Law No. 38/2019/QH14) and all applicable regulations of Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. The VAT rate of 10% is applied as mandated by the State Tax Department.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the Mechanic services provided shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the competent court in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
6. The Mechanic Service Provider is not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle that was not disclosed or identified during the initial inspection. A detailed inspection report is attached to this Invoice as Appendix A.
