Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation on Meteorological Activities (Federal Law No. 79-FZ of 20 March 2015) and all applicable regulations governing the provision of professional Meteorologist services within the Russia Moscow administrative jurisdiction.
All meteorological data, forecasts, and advisory reports referenced in this Invoice were generated and verified by a licensed Meteorologist registered with the Russian Hydrometeorological Service (Roshydromet). The Meteorologist's professional credentials and license number are documented in Appendix A of the service contract.
Payment for this Invoice must be remitted to the bank account specified above. All transactions are subject to the anti-money laundering regulations of the Central Bank of Russia. The client is advised to reference Invoice number INV-MSK-2025-00472 in all payment communications.
Any disputes regarding the scope of Meteorologist services rendered or the accuracy of charges on this Invoice must be submitted in writing to the undersigned within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date. Failure to respond within this period shall constitute acceptance of the Invoice terms.
Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice constitutes a binding financial document under the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the service agreement dated 01 January 2025 between the parties.
- All Meteorologist services described herein were performed in full compliance with the professional standards established by the Russian Meteorological Society and the International Association of Meteorologists and Atmospheric Scientists (IAMAS).
- The Russia Moscow jurisdiction applies to all contractual obligations, tax obligations, and regulatory compliance matters referenced in this Invoice.
- Late payment on this Invoice shall incur a penalty of 0.1% per calendar day of delay, in accordance with Article 317.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
- All meteorological data and reports delivered under this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the Meteorologist and the Arctic Meteorological Consulting Group. The client is granted a non-exclusive license for internal operational use only.
- This Invoice is valid for one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice may be reissued with updated tax calculations as required by the Federal Tax Service of Russia Moscow.
