Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for meteorological consulting services rendered by the undersigned Meteorologist and his team in Tanzania Dar es Salaam during the period of February to June 2025.
- All deliverables referenced in this Invoice have been accepted in writing by the client's Regional Director, Dr. Amina Hassan, as confirmed by the sign-off sheets attached to each Statement of Work.
- The Meteorologist warrants that all data, forecasts, and analyses provided were conducted in accordance with the standards set by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and the Tanzania Meteorological Agency operational guidelines.
- Intellectual property rights to all reports, models, and training materials produced under this engagement remain with Equatorial Weather & Climate Consulting Ltd. unless otherwise specified in the individual Statement of Work.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, Cap. 33 of the Laws of Tanzania.
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) invoicing regulations and must be retained for a minimum of seven (7) years for tax audit purposes.
