Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the tax regulations of the Superintendencia Nacional de Aduanas y de Administración Tributaria (SUNAT) of Peru. The total amount of S/ 15,753.00 (Quince mil setecientos cincuenta y tres y 00/100 Soles) is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Invoice, no later than July 15, 2025.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the BCP account specified above, or by certified check made payable to Carlos Eduardo Mendoza Ríos. The Musician reserves the right to suspend any pending services if payment is not received by the due date stated in this Invoice.
A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month of delay will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in compliance with Peruvian commercial law. All services rendered by the Musician in Peru Lima are subject to the applicable 18% IGV tax as indicated in this Invoice.
Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice certifies that all Musician services were professionally rendered in the city of Lima, Peru, during the period of June 10 through June 14, 2025. The Musician, Carlos Eduardo Mendoza Ríos, holds a valid RUC registration with SUNAT and operates as a sole proprietor providing artistic and musical services throughout Peru Lima and the surrounding regions.
All original compositions and arrangements created under this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the Musician unless a separate written licensing agreement is executed by both parties. The client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the corporate anthem and promotional jingle for internal and public advertising purposes within Peru.
The Musician confirms that all equipment, instruments, and technical resources used during the services described in this Invoice were in proper working condition and maintained to professional standards. Any damage to client property during the performance of Musician services in Peru Lima shall be addressed through mutual agreement within fifteen (15) business days.
This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must request a reissued Invoice from the Musician's office in Lima, Peru.
