This Invoice is issued by Thabo Mokoena, a professional Musician based in Cape Town, South Africa, for services rendered on 10 June 2025 at The Silo Hotel, V&A Waterfront. All services were performed in accordance with the signed Service Agreement dated 25 May 2025. The Musician confirms that all compositions performed and delivered are original works, and full intellectual property rights for the commissioned anniversary piece have been transferred to the client upon full payment of this Invoice. The Musician is a registered member of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA) and operates in full compliance with the South African Copyright Act 98 of 1978 and the National Minimum Wage Act 2018. All rates quoted are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of the Musician's professional expertise, instrument usage, and performance preparation.
Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 10% per annum, calculated on a daily basis, in accordance with the National Credit Act 34 of 2005, South Africa.
- All services rendered by the Musician are final upon completion of the performance. No refunds or partial payments will be issued for services already delivered.
- The Musician reserves the right to withhold the final audio recording and master files until full payment of this Invoice has been received and cleared in the Musician's bank account.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through mediation in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa, in accordance with the rules of the Cape Town Arbitration Centre.
- The Musician shall not be held liable for any cancellation or rescheduling requests made by the client less than 72 hours prior to the agreed performance date. In such cases, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
- All personal data processed in connection with this Invoice shall be handled in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) 4 of 2013, South Africa.
- This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document between the Musician (Thabo Mokoena) and the client (Cape Town Events & Entertainment (Pty) Ltd) and supersedes all prior verbal or written agreements regarding the services described herein.
