Notes and Terms Regarding This Invoice
This invoice covers all oceanographic services rendered by our team of qualified oceanographers in and around Tanzania Dar es Salaam between 1 March 2025 and 30 May 2025. All fieldwork was conducted in compliance with the Tanzania Marine and Fisheries Research Institute regulations and the National Environment Management Council (NEMC) permits.
The oceanographer team deployed for this project included one Senior Oceanographer (PhD in Physical Oceanography), one Mid-level Oceanographer (MSc in Marine Science), one Junior Oceanographer (BSc in Oceanography), and one Specialized Oceanographer (MSc in Marine Biology). All personnel were based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, for the duration of the contract.
All oceanographic data collected during this engagement, including bathymetric charts, water quality profiles, current models, and biodiversity assessments of the Dar es Salaam coastal zone, shall be the property of the Tanzania Marine and Fisheries Research Institute upon full settlement of this invoice.
Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this invoice. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under Tanzanian commercial law. Payment shall be made in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) via bank transfer to the account details provided below.
