Invoice Notes & Photographer's Statement
This Invoice is issued by Vega Visual Photography Studio, a registered professional Photographer operating in the city of Córdoba, Argentina. All services described herein were performed by the Photographer Martín Alejandro Vega and his designated assistant team in accordance with the service agreement signed on May 10, 2025, between both parties.
The Photographer guarantees that all original image files, RAW data, and edited deliverables referenced in this Invoice are the exclusive intellectual property of the Photographer until full payment of the total amount is received. Upon clearance of this Invoice, a limited commercial license for the use of the photographic materials will be granted to the client as specified in the original contract.
All services were rendered within the jurisdiction of the Province of Córdoba, Argentina, and are subject to the applicable tax regulations of the Argentine Federal Administration of Public Revenue (AFIP) and the Córdoba Provincial Tax Agency (ARCA).
Payment Terms & Conditions
1. Payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date, no later than July 15, 2025. Late payments will accrue interest at the rate established by the Central Bank of Argentina (BCRA) for overdue commercial obligations.
2. Payment may be made via bank transfer to the following account: Banco de la Nación Argentina, CBU 01100010000012345678901, CUIT 20-34567890-1, or via electronic check issued in Córdoba, Argentina.
3. The Photographer reserves the right to suspend any pending deliverables or additional services until this Invoice is settled in full. No further editing, re-shoots, or file format conversions will be provided beyond the scope described in this document without a separate written amendment.
4. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the issue date. After this period, the Photographer may reissue the document with updated tax calculations as required by AFIP regulations in Argentina.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services rendered by the Photographer shall be resolved under the commercial laws of the Province of Córdoba, Argentina, with exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of the city of Córdoba.
