Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by Sunshine Lens Photography, a registered professional Photographer operating in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. The total amount of $7,287.50 AUD (inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax) is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Invoice, no later than 30 June 2025.
Payment may be made via bank transfer to the following account: BSB 062-114, Account No. 1234 5678, Account Name: Sunshine Lens Photography Pty Ltd. Alternatively, EFTPOS or credit card payment can be arranged by contacting the Photographer's office directly.
A late payment fee of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for all photography services rendered by the Photographer in Australia Brisbane as detailed above.

Thank you for choosing Sunshine Lens Photography for your special day. As your dedicated Photographer in Australia Brisbane, we are committed to delivering exceptional, high-quality imagery that captures the emotions and details of your celebration.
All images delivered under this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the Photographer. The client is granted a personal, non-commercial licence to reproduce, share on social media, and print the photographs for private use. Commercial use of any images requires a separate written agreement with the Photographer.
The full-resolution digital files will be available for download from the private online gallery for a period of twelve (12) months from the delivery date. After this period, the gallery will be archived, and a small retrieval fee may apply.
This Invoice has been prepared in accordance with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) requirements for GST-registered businesses operating in Queensland. A tax invoice receipt will be provided upon confirmation of payment.
