Terms & Conditions – Photographer Services in Australia Melbourne
- This Invoice represents the final and complete agreement between the Photographer (Lens & Light Studio) and the Client for all photography services rendered in Australia Melbourne. No additional charges will be incurred beyond those itemised on this Invoice unless previously agreed in writing.
- All photographs captured by the Photographer during the engagement remain the intellectual property of Lens & Light Studio. The Client is granted a personal, non-commercial licence to reproduce and share the images for private use. Commercial use, publication, or redistribution requires a separate written agreement and additional licensing fee.
- The Photographer reserves the right to use selected images from the session for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes in Australia Melbourne and internationally, unless the Client has requested a full privacy agreement in writing prior to the shoot date.
- Delivery of edited digital images will occur within twenty-one (21) business days of the event date. The printed album will be delivered within thirty (30) business days. Delays caused by force majeure, including severe weather events common to Melbourne, Australia, will extend these timelines proportionally.
- The Photographer is not liable for loss of images due to equipment failure, data corruption, or acts of God. However, the Photographer maintains redundant backup systems and will make every reasonable effort to recover any lost files at no additional cost to the Client.
- All prices on this Invoice are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current Australian rate of 10%. Any currency fluctuations or tax rate changes prior to the payment due date will not alter the total amount stated on this Invoice.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice or the services described herein shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. The parties agree to attempt mediation through the Victorian Small Business Commission before pursuing any legal action in the courts of Australia Melbourne.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Photographer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with applicable late fees or to pursue collection through appropriate legal channels under Australian law.
