Terms and Conditions – Photographer Invoice for Services in Canada Vancouver
1. This invoice represents the final accounting for all photography services rendered by LensCraft Photography Studio, a registered professional photographer business operating in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. All rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by the Canada Revenue Agency.
2. The photographer and all support staff assigned to this project are independent contractors of LensCraft Photography Studio. The client acknowledges that the photographer retains full intellectual property rights to all raw and edited images until final payment of this invoice is received in full. Upon clearance of payment, a limited, non-exclusive licence for commercial use is granted to the client.
3. All photography services were performed within the municipality of Vancouver, Canada Vancouver metropolitan region. Any additional travel beyond the City of Vancouver boundaries would have been invoiced separately at a rate of $1.25 per kilometre, in accordance with the photographer's standard travel policy for Canada Vancouver engagements.
4. Late payments on this invoice will incur a penalty interest charge of 1.5% per month, calculated from the due date of July 15, 2025, in compliance with the British Columbia Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act and applicable federal tax regulations in Canada.
5. The client agrees to review and approve the final edited image set within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery via the online proofing portal. Failure to respond within this window will be interpreted as acceptance of the delivered photographer work product.
6. This invoice and all associated photographer service agreements are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Vancouver, Canada Vancouver, before proceeding to litigation in the appropriate court of jurisdiction.
7. LensCraft Photography Studio maintains full professional liability insurance coverage for all photographer operations conducted in Canada Vancouver and throughout British Columbia. A certificate of insurance is available upon written request by the client.

I, David Okonkwo, Lead Photographer and Principal of LensCraft Photography Studio, hereby certify that this invoice accurately reflects all photography services, equipment usage, and professional labour provided to Harbourview Events & Marketing Ltd. for the corporate gala event held on June 10, 2025, at the Vancouver Convention Centre in Canada Vancouver. All line items have been verified against the original service agreement (Contract No. HEM-2025-0092) and the photographer's time and material logs.
