Payment Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice is issued by Arjun Mehta Photography, a registered Photographer based in India New Delhi, and is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- 50% advance payment (INR 1,37,577.50) is due upon acceptance of this Invoice to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% balance is payable within 15 days of the service date.
- Payment may be made via NEFT/RTGS, UPI, or bank transfer to: HDFC Bank, A/C No. 50100XXXXXX1234, IFSC: HDFC0000123, Branch: Connaught Place, New Delhi, India.
- A late payment fee of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance beyond the due date stated on this Invoice.
- All images and deliverables remain the intellectual property of the Photographer until full payment is received. Upon clearance, the client receives a non-exclusive, personal-use license.
- Any rescheduling or cancellation within 7 days of the service date will incur a 25% cancellation charge as per the terms agreed upon in the service contract.
- This Invoice is subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India. All disputes shall be resolved under the laws of India.

All edited photographs will be delivered via a secure online gallery within 21 working days of the event. The physical photo album will be couriered to your address in New Delhi within 30 working days. The highlight video reel will be shared within 72 hours of the reception.
Please note that this Invoice includes all standard services as outlined above. Any additional requests such as extra shooting hours, drone photography, or additional album copies will be billed separately with a supplementary Invoice.
