Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by Karimi Visual Studio, a registered Photographer and photography agency operating in Iran Tehran. All services listed above were performed by the Photographer and his dedicated team at the client's specified locations within the Tehran metropolitan area.
Payment Method: Bank Transfer to Melli Bank, Account No. 010-1234567890-12, IBAN: IR01 MELL 0000 0012 3456 7890 12. Please reference Invoice Number INV-THR-2025-00472 in your transfer memo.
Payment Terms: Full payment is due within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date. A late payment surcharge of 2% per month will apply to overdue balances as per standard commercial practice in Iran Tehran.
Delivery: All digital files (high-resolution TIFF and JPEG) will be delivered via secure cloud link within 7 business days of the final session. The printed photo album will be hand-delivered to the client's office in Tehran.
Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice constitutes a binding agreement between the Photographer (Karimi Visual Studio) and the Client for the photography services rendered in Iran Tehran.
- All images delivered under this Invoice are licensed for the client's commercial and internal use. The Photographer retains copyright and the right to display selected work in their portfolio.
- The Photographer is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, including but not limited to weather conditions affecting outdoor or drone sessions in Tehran.
- Any additional services requested beyond the scope of this Invoice will be billed separately at the Photographer's standard hourly rate of 3,500,000 IRR per hour.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Photographer reserves the right to re-quote pricing due to market fluctuations in Iran Tehran.
- All disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the commercial laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, with jurisdiction in the Tehran Commercial Court.
- The Photographer guarantees that all equipment used during the sessions is fully insured and that all drone operations comply with the regulations set by the Iranian Civil Aviation Organization.
