This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) days of the Invoice date, no later than July 15, 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Photographer's designated account at Bank Hapoalim, Israel Jerusalem branch, or by certified check made payable to "David Ben-Ari Photography Studio." A 1.5% monthly late fee will be applied to any outstanding balance on this Invoice after the due date, in compliance with Israeli commercial law.
A 50% deposit of 17,434.50 ILS was received on May 20, 2025, as a confirmed booking payment for the Photographer's services in Israel Jerusalem. The remaining balance of 17,434.50 ILS is due upon receipt of this Invoice. The Photographer reserves the right to withhold final image delivery until full payment of this Invoice is confirmed.
The Photographer, David Ben-Ari, hereby confirms that all services listed in this Invoice were personally supervised and executed to the highest professional standards. The Photographer holds a valid professional license issued by the Israel Jerusalem Municipal Licensing Authority and maintains full professional liability insurance covering all photography operations conducted within Israel Jerusalem and its metropolitan area.
All images delivered under this Invoice are the exclusive intellectual property of the client, Miriam Goldstein Events Ltd., upon full payment. The Photographer retains the right to use up to five (5) images for personal portfolio and promotional purposes, with prior written notice to the client. No images may be reproduced, distributed, or published by the Photographer for third-party commercial use without explicit written consent from the client.
The Photographer guarantees that all digital deliverables will be free from technical defects in resolution, color accuracy, and file integrity. Should any defect be identified within fourteen (14) days of delivery, the Photographer will re-process the affected images at no additional charge to the client.
Additional Notes Regarding This Invoice:- This Invoice is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Photographer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated terms.
- All services were performed in Israel Jerusalem. The Photographer is registered with the Israel Jerusalem Chamber of Commerce and Industry under registration number IJCC-2019-4472.
- The Photographer's studio is located in the Old City District of Israel Jerusalem and is accessible for client consultations by appointment.
- For any disputes arising from this Invoice, both parties agree to mediation through the Israel Jerusalem Commercial Arbitration Center before pursuing legal action.
- This Invoice is issued in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Hebrew versions, the Hebrew version shall prevail, as required by Israeli commercial documentation law.
